A REQUIRED 24 hours notice is needed to cancel or reschedule. Should you cancel or reschedule your appointment within LESS than 24 hours notice you will LOSE your deposit AND be CHARGED 30% of the services booked. NO EXCEPTIONS. —— LATE POLICY — There is a 10-minute late policy. If you are running late, please call. After 10 you will receive a call or text reminding you, your reservation will be altered to the time remaining, rescheduled or canceled and a $10 late fee will be applied —— DEPOSIT —— To book your appointment we require a credit or debit card to be put on file as well as a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit that goes towards your service. —— REFUNDS —— All services are final and may be handled case by case. On those special cases refunds are only applicable within the week of unsatisfactory after the first redo. —— NO SHOW —— If you NO-SHOW your appointment, there WILL be a 50% charge of the scheduled service, along with the non refundable deposit. No-show appointments will be monitored and handled on a case-by-case basis. 3 REPEATED cancellations and/or no-shows will REVOKE your ability to book future appointments —— REDOS —— Redos are only to be performed within less than a week after a service has been a performed. The redo is ONLY performed on the specific area of dissatisfaction. A full service WILL NOT be performed. A one time redo is only to be performed within that week. Any other services to be performed after the first redo and still within that week will be charged at normal price. A form will be provided to state your reason of dissatisfactory and what I will do to fix the issue. If dissatisfactory still is shown it will be resolved case by case. —— GUESTS —— I kindly request NO guests be present during your appointment UNLESS you are a legal guardian to a minor receiving a service. Due to limited space I want to ensure the best experience. Thank you for understanding! —— CURLY-CUT PREP —— Although a shampoo is complimentary to all services, please come to your appointment with your hair WORN DOWN, FREE OF ANY STYLE & DETANGLED. AVOID, wearing ponytails, headbands and clips. Got locs or braids? I DO NOT provide a take down service. Arriving to your appointment with extra matting and knotting will result in an additional $20 fee. Please be advised that arriving to your appointment, canceling or rescheduling LESS THAN AN HOUR before your appointment due to not following policy, WILL result in forfeiture of your deposit. —— SILKPRESS PREP —— Although a shampoo is complimentary to all services, please come to your appointment with your hair free from braids or locs. I DO NOT provide a take down service. Arriving to your appointment with extra matting and knotting will result in an additional $20 fee. Please be advised that arriving to your appointment, canceling or rescheduling LESS THAN AN HOUR before your appointment due to not following policy, WILL result in forfeiture of your deposit. —— HAIR COLOR PREP —— please come to your color appointment FREE OF ANY INTRICATE STYLE & DETANGLED. FREE of GEL, and FREE OF ANY ROOT COLOR SPRAY. Not doing so will result in a $15 ‘extra time fee’ to shampoo and blowdry prior to color service.
